🕒 1. Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition you received it

  • In the original packaging


🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged items (unless they arrived defective)

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Gift cards


💸 3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


🚚 4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover return shipping.

  • If it’s for other reasons (you changed your mind, wrong size, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we can’t refund items we never receive.


⚠️ 5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or not as described:

  • Take clear photos

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

We’ll offer a refund or send a replacement — your choice!

Contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange, if the item is in stock.
